All submissions will undergo a double-blind evaluation by two Scientific Committee members with appropriate academic, scientific, and industry expertise. Each abstract will be evaluated on the following points:

• Relevance of submissions to the conference themes
• Appropriateness and application of the selected research design
• Scholarly or scientific quality for academics and practical implications and foundations for practitioners
• Clarity of presentation
• Contribution of the findings to current knowledge and managerial practice
• Probability of stimulating interest, debate and insight to other participants
