GENERAL CONDITIONS
ROOM ARRANGEMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. All room rates are net inclusive of 21 % Government tax and service<\/li>
  2. EARLY CHECK IN: 50 % from the quoted rates will be charged for any early check in before
    10.00 am<\/li>
  3. DAY USE : Up to 06.00 pm, 50 % from the quoted rates will be charged. If room held after
    06.00 pm, a one night charge will be applied.<\/li>
  4. COMPLIMENTARY: for booking and payment by travel agent, every 15 paying rooms will
    get 1 room on complimentary.<\/li>
  5. The room rates are non commissionable.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    KIDS MEAL POLICY<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. 0-5TH years old free of charge and 6-11th years will charge 50% from the meeting packge<\/li>
    2. 0-5TH years old free of charge and 6-11th years will charge 50% from the breakfast price<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        OTHERS CONDITIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. one night guarantee payment requested once the group confirmed, and the balance
          payment requested before the group check out. While for incidentals (additional laundry,
          mini bar, telephone, etc) will be charged on personal account unless stated otherwise. Other
          charges, which are not settled by the participants, will be charged back to organizer before
          end of function or before checking out.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          CANCELLATION POLICY<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

          1. Cancellation of Guest Rooms and Food and Beverage the following policies will be applied:
            Within 7 days before arrival, 100% of total estimated expences will be charged.<\/li>
